Common Ground Garden thrives on help from our volunteers. We greatly appreciate the support we receive and couldn’t do it without you.
At Common Ground, we practice a unique farming method called GROW BIOINTENSIVE, a small scale farming practice focused on high yields, resource conservation, and building soil fertility. As a result, our volunteer workdays at the garden are focused on learning and developing these farming skills and practices.
We currently offer one Garden volunteer day per week during fall and spring seasons. This workday is on Wednesday (10-12pm). Please do contact us or check our calendar to ensure that the volunteer day is scheduled. (Around holidays, some volunteering Wednesdays are cancelled.) Make sure to check out our other volunteering positions on Volunteer Match too.
If you’re interested in volunteering, we’d love to hear from you! Please reach out to education@commongroundgarden.org.
